Not the minimum but I am sure it can be run on Pentium MMX and 32 MB of RAM

Probably Win98 OS wise since I don't think that the runtimes were included in Win95.

from what I know they weren't in 95. May be a part of it as a OCX but not the entire package.

Yeah, I can vouch for that.   Remember the great lengths I had to goto to install my little Chat App in High School.  Espiceally the Winsock control, had to go into safe mode to install it by hand. smile
