Just in the process of deploying a spreadsheet and of course am hiding the working sheets. Unfort this causes vba error meesages  console

The work around is to unhide as the vba tramples through the sheet, but that seems like a kludge, anyone got a better approach?

The questions I would have are
1) why do you need vba? Can what you are doing not be done with the standard functions in a spread sheet?
2) is the error appearing because the sheets are not visible? As in the vba needs the sheets to be accessible to perform actions on them?
