Depends on what kinda toast is that. I make some pretty good toasts with just bread and ghee which goes best with the tea.

The company I work for is a subsidiary of a company from US, Alabama. It's Monday here in Australia but Sunday there so we don't have any meetings, no follow up work. Just good old boring way to start a week. Friday's however are busiest day for us.

Hence the need to refresh after a busy Friday and then perhaps prepare for opening hours American time?

I know you are in Australia and the time difference wrack.  Perhaps you could  find someting more interesting to do then outdoors?  Like maybe making a snack or coffee run to Starbucks or quickly shopping at the store of your choice?

My 26'th is closing up fast and I haven't got a clue what to put on that list yet - all the things I wish for are gifts too hard to come by now
and about my life.. I'm trying to look back at the things that's been, but can't remember anything exciting at all...
Despite all this however, I try to not look backwards but forward with renewed hope  What about you? How's life been treating you?

Snow?  Ewe  Only good at Christmas time.   Where do you live again?   We have no snow left and are getting longer sunnier days now.

Ahh a birthday is approaching!   Are you interested in any new electronics? Stuff for your kitchen, family or bedroom?  Sports equipment? Vacations? Fine dining?

Nothing in the past was exciting huh?  Time to create some in the future then don't ya think?

My life has been awesome thanks.  Extreme fun actually.  I bought meself a new toy yesterday.  A new HDTV to add to the four other older tv's in the house already though  Time to donate the older one(s) again.  Just tieing up loose ends from the past right now and am planning to move West soon.

I can't smell a thing.  Well...perhaps the smoke from my friend's home and coffee shop resturant that just burned down the street a few buildings from mine a few hours ago while they were away Sunday.  She is about 8 months pregnant and is from Mexico and he is a French Canadian.  I sure hope their dog 'Lucky' was not in the house at the time.

I live in Finland, where people eat snow  j/k apparently we are moving into sunnier days, but when you comment on it, you get condemned with more snow   I suppose Canada is about the same climate

My birthday is really one of those unexciting events in life I could really do without, but it wouldn't make a difference either  The last time I decided (and went trough with it as well) to buy something (for my computer) I ended up quite disappointed. I've been trying to talk myself into not getting persuaded to buy more flash memory for my camera, the prices keep dropping, its no use, so I'll keep waiting.

We have family rooms.  The room where the couch or sofa and tv usually go.  I think you've been misunderstanding me.

I sense that you've decided to live without material items in your life save what is basic need to sustain yourself?  Personal choice yes but it seems that you might be needing a slight ajustment?  It's not a sin you know to have things and to enjoy them.  Happiness and love is what life is all about for most of us really.  At least it is what keeps most of us going.  Just existing without progress leaves feeling that life is pretty empty.

Even Job. Even in the story of the Prodical Son. We are not created to meagerly exist and read the Bible all our lives in solitude.  The world is here for us, to explore and enjoy.

Yes well it depends on what sauce you are using and then you choose the pasta to go with it...or vice versa.  Choose the pasta you want and then you will choose the type of sauce you would want or what goes with it.  One has to match the other

That's an unusual selection.

Not at all it is called Toast Hawaii after the fact that in Europe everything that has ham, pineapple, and cheese must have the name Hawaii in it. Pizza with ham, pineapple, and of course cheese... Yep you guessed it Pizza Hawaii

My wife likes to make Toast Hawaii when she doesn't really feel like cooking anything large.

You take a slice of toast (sliced sandwich bread in Germany is always called toast) you butter it place a slice of ham and a ring of pineapple and cover it with a slice of toast cheese (Kraft singles) and you put it in the oven until the toast is toasted () and the cheese has melted. It sometimes makes a neat dome shape where the cheese covers the center of the pineapple ring

Hum...

I can't imagine eating a ring of warm pineapple as I know I'd prefer it cold. I don't eat any pork products either so I will never know what your meal tastes like.

The Hawaiian thing you talk about though is the same over here in N America.
