I got roped into 'doing' the graphics for a website I am working on (basically just cropping and resizing) and its a little much for paint. (really would do best with something that has 'layers' like photoshop.)
Anyone know anything free that works pretty good?

is ideal for cropping and resizing, but you can't paint with it. Perhaps [Edited out by admin] can do the job, although I've never used it.. |
